Parks is proud to highlight the managing broker of our Brentwood office, Cindy Stanton! With 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cindy holds the title of Principal Broker and has spent her last six years as part of the Parks family.
After 16 years with the same company, Cindy decided to rebrand herself with Parks. She loved being a managing broker, and, at the time, there wasn’t an opening here. Cindy stated, “I love being part of a strong, independent brokerage. I knew I was taking a risk because there wasn’t a place for a managing broker, but I was willing to wait.” She continued, "I'd always admired Parks from the outside and suspected that it was a very special place to work. It's hard to define, but once you're here, you just know.”
For Cindy, real estate isn’t just something that she does; it is her passion, her dream job. Over the past 22 years, she has been blessed to help hundreds of families realize their dreams of homeownership. She continues to serve the real estate community as a managing broker where she mentors and trains her agents. Cindy’s mission is to inspire, to guide, to counsel, and to instruct her agents in becoming the vision of the Parks brand — a cutting-edge brand where we strive for excellence for our clients and our families.
Cindy has had many professional accomplishments that include being the president of the Greater Nashville REALTORS® in 2015 and winning REALTOR® of the Year for Greater Nashville REALTORS® in 2016. Her most important tip for new agents is to learn from your company, your broker, and your mentor, so that way you don't learn by trial and error on your clients. “I truly love my role and I hope every manager out there does this because they love it,” Cindy says.
In her spare time, Cindy loves spending time on the lake and with her frenchies!
